Capabilities

Twelve areas. One database.

Every area below reads and writes the same records — a change in a contract shows up in the next billing run, in provisioning and in the reports, with no re-typing in between. Click a module count to see everything that ships in that area.

The difference

It doesn't record the network. It configures it.

Activating a service means the system itself creates the RADIUS account, assigns the IP range, sets the speed profile on the shaper and registers the host in monitoring — driven by the product in the contract. A tariff upgrade reaches the network in minutes, not tickets.

  • PPPoE & RADIUSAccounts and attributes filled from contracts; sessions switched or disconnected live.
  • GPON / OLT over SSHUnit status, diagnostics, port configuration and slot reservation for new customers.
  • Shapers & IP managementSpeed limits per ordered plan; public, local and tunnel ranges with NAT tables and VLANs.
  • Device fleetConfig backups, firmware distribution, reference-config diffs, duplicate-MAC watchdog.

Beyond the back office

Portals for customers and partners

Customer self-care

The customer sees their services, invoices and payments, and orders add-ons themselves. Support signs in with one click from the CRM — seeing exactly what the caller sees.

  • Contracts, services and parameters
  • Invoices, payment status, documents
  • Plan changes and add-on orders
  • One-click operator login, no shared passwords

Partner portal

Resellers work in a scaled-down CRM of their own: their company hierarchy, their customers, their stock — with requests going to headquarters for approval.

  • Own users, rights and sub-companies
  • Customers, contracts, devices, tickets
  • Partner warehouse and visit records
  • Approval requests to the operator

Open by design

Plays well with the world around it

APIs for mobile and field apps, a public availability endpoint for your website, and standing connections to the services an operator already depends on.
